About the album in artist's words:
Operation Chrysalis was delayed when one of the two crew members contracted a nearly fatal illness during training. The mission's communications specialist, Morse, departed on his own for the Chrysalis Moon against orders. Morse met great resistance on the far moon, and was rescued several weeks later. During those weeks, the ill crew member wondered what it would have been like to see the heavens closer with Morse, but he was content with the view from his hospital window as he looked to the heavens and thanked the Great Doctor that he was alive. It was several weeks after Morse returned before the crew member had fully recovered...and in that time he composed songs to help himself remember the greatness of the Great Doctor, and all that the Great Doctor had done for him. These are those songs...
